The Mixxx e.V. runs this website and is the publisher of the Mixxx DJ Software.

Mixxx e.V. is a registered association according to German law and recognized as a non-profit organization by the German authorities, therefore donations to Mixxx e.V. are tax-deductible in 🇩🇪 Germany. In all other states of the European Economic Area (EEA) (🇪🇺 EU member states, 🇮🇸 Iceland, 🇱🇮 Liechtenstein and 🇳🇴 Norway), Mixxx e.V. is treated on an equal footing with national non‑profit organizations. Please check with your local tax authority to see whether this allows for tax deduction.

Donations are used in accordance with the Articles of Association to promote art and culture as well as education and occupational training via the free and open-source software Mixxx.

Open Source Collective collects funds for the Mixxx DJ Software with a broader scope than Mixxx e.V.

The Open Source Collective (OSC) is a 🇺🇸 US‑based 501(c)(6) non‑profit host that provides financial infrastructure for thousands of open‑source projects. Contributions via OSC are generally not tax‑deductible.

Donations are used in accordance with the OSC Terms of Fiscal Sponsorship to promote a sustainable and healthy open-source ecosystem for those who create, maintain, and rely on the free software Mixxx.
