Mapping EQ Adjustments

Postby Zekeasy » Sun Jun 10, 2012 2:34 am

Hello everyone.
First of all, this software is fantastic. It completely exceeded my expectations in features and doesn't even hog my CPU, not to mention that its very intuitive to use for complete n00bs like me.
I can't afford any sort of MIDI controller at the moment, so I'm confined to a keyboard for multitasking. Because hipass and lowpass filters haven't been implemented yet, I was wondering if there's any way to control the EQs via the keyboard (and not just toggle the kill function - I'd like to be able to adjust the values as well). Apparently this can be done via scripting, but I'm not sure how. The only way I can see to do it is to add some sort of low_up/low_down control onto this list. I didn't see any way to script new controls though; is this possible at all?

Thanks in advance.

P.S. Here's a Dvorak keyboard map if you don't already have one.

Keyboard scripting isn't yet possible, no, but we're aware it's desired. (We have to basically write our own keyboard handler instead of using Qt's, and that's a job.)
