How/which to get skin for single-deck beat looping etc?

Postby wolftune » Thu Dec 07, 2017 4:53 am

I see that viewtopic.php?f=8&t=7046 "Beat Gridding" skin seems to be a single-deck skin good for isolating and looping chunks of a recording (such as for transcribing or learning from a recording). But it seems dated (maybe not for Mixxx 2?) and isn't resizable like the newer svg version of Dark Metal…

What's the best, shortest path right now to end up with a single-deck skin with more room for the one waveform (both vertically and horizontally) with focus on adjusting pitch and tempo and loop options?

Hi wolftune,

I don't know if you still need the single deck skin. But take a look at the skin RoundCorners. The skin is structured like a framework.
You can build your own skin with some lines of xml.
If you want I can make the first steps for you.

best regards
