Control knobs on Mixxx UI

Postby KaiaKrystal » Sat Jun 20, 2020 11:01 pm

I use Linux Manjaro.
I am unable to use the control knobs, as every time I try to click on one, my mouse jumps to the left of the program and the knob will not move. If i move it down, it drops to "zero" and if I right click, it resets to default.
Normally, this is not a problem, but I have need to change the Ducking value as well as increase my microphone level.

Is there another way to do this, especially with the Ducking, as my music just does not turn down enough for me to be properly heard when I'm broadcasting.

Try adjusting the mouse cursor speed in your desktop environments' configuration. Alternatively, you could get a controller.

it actually has nothing to do with mouse speed. All I have to do is click and the mouse icon jumps to the side.
And I don't dj enough to spend on a controller.
I hoping t his was just a linux thing t hat might be fixable, as I never had this issue on windows.

That's weird. Are you using a touchpad or a mouse? Does scrolling with the cursor over the knob work?
