how to do a 100% clean install -=- remove all tracsd of mixx

I have a problem with mixxx and i need to remove it an reinstall it - it keep find a old share network drive try scanning it fro new music and then just sitting try to red the not exsistance network share - it not in the libary path but miss stil scans it on start up - I have set mixx to not scan on start up bit it still does !!!!
I have remove mixxx it using windows unisntall - restart computer
removed the subdirectory by hand
reinstalled mixxx in a new subdirestoy by my chosing not the default one
b
ut even on reinstall it some how picks up the file settings from the uninstalled mixxx i uninstilled
and then once again start to scan a non exsisting drive

I need to clean mixxx 100% of the PC and start again how do it do this !!!!!

I think you have not yet removed your personal folder. For example C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\Mixxx\
If you can't find it under Windows, open Mixxx, go to Settings, Controllers. Here is a button "open user folder". Then delete the whole folder and everything should be as new.

I'm not sure the database or settings are the problem. Maybe Mixxx is trying to access the network drive for the Browse library feature.
I heard FLAC and I haven't gone back.

Why should Mixxx do that? You must declare where the Music to find

they only way to fix this was to reformat the hard drive again

As i stated about mixxx keep searching for music on a network drive that did not exist and was not included in music directories list
