What looks suspicious is that it seems that it tries to redraw the cover art, even though the column is hidden. Is it really hidden (right click over any of the headers and a popup menu appears to select which headers to show or hide) , or you just reduced the column to hide it?

I have not hidden the preview column at any time. The error appears even with the default configuration.

They have located a problem that affects macOS with Qt 5.12 but it is not the cover art column as I suspected, but the preview button.

This is the pull request. I am not sure if you can get a prebuilt binary for linux, or if the only option is to build it from sources to try it.

It is going to be included in a 2.2.x bugfix release which has no release date yet.

How do I get mp4 support now in Mixxx 2.2 under Linux. Normally you could compile the libsoundsourcem4a.so yourself and put it into a plugin directory. Compiling works, but it does not matter where I put it, no mp4 support. What can I do?
EDIT: I got it working compiling Mixxx from source using "sudo scons install".

Programm MIXXX 2.2.0 64 bit.

Not the right sync. Sometimes Too overestimates when pressing Sink, sometimes too overestimates.

Mixxx 2.2.1 has been released and is available on the download page. This update includes fixes that were in 2.1.7 and 2.1.8. There were a few performance improvements which have an especially big impact on macOS. Mac users who were staying with 2.1.x versions because 2.2.0 was too slow are advised to upgrade to 2.2.1. Other fixes include:
* LED output for the Traktor Kontrol S4 Mk2 on Windows has been fixed.
* Mute and volume controls for microphones have been fixed.
* The QuickEffect enable button can now be selected in the controller mapping wizard.
* Fix a bug where the cover art window could not be closed.
* Numark Mixtrack (Pro) 3 mapping: fix bug where TAP + FX level to move the beatgrid changed the effect unit mix knob.

Note that we are currently having an issue updating the Ubuntu PPA. Ubuntu users can install the .deb file from the download page or wait until we get the new update in the PPA (or build from source code).

I am new to Mixxx, but I am loving it so far. However, there is no Karaoke file support; I know that there have been lots of people on here asking for it. Is there timeline to add it or is it even on the roadmap? This is a long-standing feature of Virtual DJ that could help convert more people over to Mixxx. It is the sole reason I do not use Mixxx more, although I hate Virtual DJ.
